You can choose one of two options:

• Studio-led setup (the OG option for DIY florals): We deliver, place, style, and break down the ceramic vessels on-site. We also help you arrange your florals if you want :) This is our favorite way to work and ensures everything is handled with care.

• Florist-led setup: If you’re working with a professional florist, we’ll happily coordinate directly with them. Your florist must handle placement and breakdown using provided guidelines.

Either way, we take care of the details so the process is seamless.

Yes, and we LOVE going this route.

For events without a florist, JH-led setup and breakdown is required. This ensures the vessels are styled thoughtfully and handled with care from start to finish.

We are based in Wilmington, NC and work throughout North Carolina and some of South Carolina.

We don’t bite :) if you’re outside these areas but want JH at your event, just send us a message and we’ll see what we can do!

Yes. Delivery is included with studio-led setup. For florist-led setups, delivery details are coordinated directly with your florist.

You don’t need to figure that out — we’ll recommend the right number based on your guest count, table layout, and overall vision. Each rental includes a thoughtful mix of vases to create balance, texture, and cohesion throughout the space.

We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your date and general guest count. Availability is limited due to the size and nature of the collection, especially during peak wedding season.
